Citroen Saxo VTS Upgrade Ignition Kit Stage 1The Citroen Saxo set refers to all Saxo models including VTS which have two dual ignition coils. This kit removes the existing ignition cartridge. Instead, a brand new and powerful MSD ignition coil is used, along with spark plug wires. The Citroen Saxo kit applies to all Saxo models including VTS, which have two dual ignition coils. It uses a brand new and powerful MSD ignition coil with spark plug wires instead. We will also supply you with the plug you need for the new coil.
The ignition system upgrade kit is mandatory for vehicles where the existing ignition system is old, not performing as expected, or if the engine has been restored or turbocharged and requires more ignition power. Remove the old ignition coil system.
Take the four wires that lead to the coil plug and connect the two wires that are constantly 12 volts. Select the location where you want to install the coil and install it.
Connect the coil connector to the old wiring. The merged wires in the middle, the other wires at the ends of the connector.
Insert the spark plug wires into the coil and cut them to the appropriate length for each cylinder. Install the spark plug connectors. Note: Some of these steps require an expert. 1 X Heavy Duty Ignition Coil. 4 X Spark Plug Wires.
